When our pals at NBC Universal came to us looking for hip hop, we were quick to supply a selection from our Hip Hop Compendium series. When they then asked for an authentic US rap vocal, we called around and it just so happened US rapper Slay was in town on a visit. So a couple of hours later he turned up in our studio, where we recorded NBC’s lyrics and cut the track to picture. It’s just been voted the best clip based TV promo throughout the Universal global networks – so put your peace signs in the air for the team!
